It sounds scary. Actually, it is a scary thought. Japaneese inventors have invented a human like robot Repliee Q1, the most human like robot yet. The robot can bat her eyelids, react to stimuli like humans and even appears to be breathing. A world dominated by robots will not be far away if the inventors are allowed to have their way.
The robot looks good though.
