Now this is what I call ingenuity. Carvings out of pencil???? Who would have thought that except the Japs. They do have a penchant for small things.

Horror Art

This is actually a sculpture exhibited at one of the museums in Switzerland. It is the head of a dead foetus attached to a seaguls body and pickled. This exhibit generated a furore from the people terming it as an insult to the dead. The sculpture was eventually removed from the exhibits as it was termed traumatising for the kids who visited the museum. The levels to which people can get down to get some attention is really horrifying.

How to explain mathematical curves.

1. Explain the shape of the graph.

Its curvy, with a higher bit at the end and a rather aesthetically pleasing slope downwards towards a pretty flat strait bit. The actual graph itself consists of 2 strait lines meeting at the lower left hard corner of the graph and moving away at a 90 angle. Each line has an arrow head on the end.
